What are your store hours?
BuildRight Supply Co. locations are open 7 days a week with extended hours for our early risers and late-night tinkerers:
- Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Do you have holiday hours?
Yes. We may have adjusted hours on major holidays such as New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. We recommend calling your local BuildRight store or checking our online holiday schedule before visiting.
Where is the nearest BuildRight location?

Return Policy
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on most new, unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase, provided you have the original receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
Are there exceptions to the 30-day return policy?
Yes. The following items are non-returnable or may have different return guidelines:
- Opened or used products, especially adhesives, caulk, sealants, and paint
- Custom-mixed paint or custom-cut products (e.g., lumber, blinds, pipe)
- Special order items may be subject to a restocking fee or manufacturer approval
- Power tools must be returned in original packaging and may require inspection prior to refund
What if I don’t have a receipt?
We’ll do our best to look up the transaction using the card used for purchase or your BuildRight customer account. If we cannot locate the transaction, your return may be eligible for in-store credit at the item’s lowest recent price.
Can I return online orders to the store?
Absolutely! Just bring the item, packing slip, and the credit card used to any BuildRight location. Online returns without original packaging may be refused depending on condition.
How are refunds processed?
Refunds for items returned with a receipt are issued to the original payment method. For debit cards, processing time may take 3–5 business days depending on your bank.
Orders & Pickup
Can I order online and pick up in store?
Yes! We offer free Same-Day In-Store Pickup at all BuildRight locations on eligible items. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready—typically within 2 hours during business hours.
How long will you hold my pickup order?
We’ll hold your items for 7 calendar days after the “Ready for Pickup” notification is sent. If you haven’t picked it up after that, your order may be canceled and refunded.
Can someone else pick up my order?
Yes. You can designate an alternate pickup person during checkout. They’ll need to show a valid ID and your order confirmation number.
Products & Services
Do you cut lumber, pipe, or blinds?
Yes, most BuildRight locations offer in-store cutting services for:
- Lumber and plywood (basic straight cuts)
- Copper, PVC, and PEX pipe
- Mini blinds and window treatments (at select stores)
Availability may vary by location. Call your store in advance to confirm.
Do you offer tool rental?
Absolutely. From concrete mixers to pressure washers, we rent tools for most major jobs. Browse the Tool Rental Catalog or call your store to check inventory and reserve.
Can I get help finding the right product for my project?
Of course! Our associates are trained in categories like plumbing, electrical, paint, hardware, and more. For detailed questions, visit our Project Help Desk or chat with our AI Assistant online 24/7.

How do I contact BuildRight customer service?

Do your products come with a warranty?
Many products include a manufacturer warranty. For BuildRight private-label products, we offer a 1-year satisfaction guarantee. Warranties vary by item—check product pages or in-store labels for details.
Where can I find Safety Data Sheets (SDS)?
SDS are available for most chemical and building products. Ask in-store, or search for the product online—scroll to the bottom of the page under “Documents & Guides.”
